How long will it take to ship out my order?

  • Most orders will be shipped within 3 days after an order is placed. However, processing times may take longer if there are higher than usual order volumes. If you have questions regarding your order, please contact support@paleopatchworks.com

How long will it take to receive my order?

  • Shipping will take 5-8 business days. Once your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

I am ordering for a special occasion. Can I request my order to arrive by a specific date?

  • If you need you order by a certain date, please place your order in advance and leave a note at checkout. While I cannot guarantee delivery dates, I will do my best to have your order delivered as soon as possible.

Why have I not received my order?

  • If your domestic order has not arrived within 2 weeks from the shipping confirmation date, please contact support@paleopatchworks.com

Do you offer international shipping?

  • Currently, only domestic shipping in the United States is offered due to high international shipping prices. Stay tuned for future updates regarding the addition of international shipping! Please reach out if you have questions regarding this!

Do you accept returns and exchanges?

  • Requests for refunds or exchanges are not accepted. Please double check the size chart and ask any questions in advanced.
  • Please see apparel return policy as that is separate.

What is your apparel return policy?

  • Apparel returns or exchanges are allowed only if the product is damaged or if there is a manufacturing defect. Please inform me within 7 days of receiving the item.

I received the wrong item/my order arrived damaged. What should I do?

  • Oh no! If there are any mistakes I made with your order or your order arrived damaged, please send a message at support@paleopatchworks.com. I will do my best to correct any mistakes.

I made a mistake with my order. Can I change/cancel my order?

  • Changes or cancellations to an order can only be made if the product has not been shipped. Once your order has been shipped, no changes or cancellations are possible.

I ordered an item along with a pre-order item. When can I expect my order to ship?

  • Orders containing pre-order items will be shipped once the pre-order is released. If you don't want to wait, please submit separate orders.
