Shipping policy

US Domestic Shipping:

After you've chosen your favorite dino-goods, kindly grant me up to 3 days to personally prepare and process your order. Once I've packaged it with love, I entrust USPS to deliver it to you within 5-8 business days. If you have a specific date in mind that you need the orders by, leave a note during checkout. While I cannot guarantee delivery dates, I'll do everything I can to have your order delivered as soon as possible. Should your domestic order not reach you within 2 weeks from the shipping confirmation, please message me at support@paleopatchworks.com.

You are eligible for free shipping for orders of $49 and above. We ship via USPS at a flat rate of $5. 

Currently, I'm focusing on shipping within the U.S. only, but stay tuned – I'm eagerly planning to expand to international locations! If you wish to modify or cancel your order, let me know before a shipping confirmation is sent. Once I've shipped out your items, I won't be able to make any adjustments.

International Shipping to Canada:

I'm excited to announce that I am now shipping to Canada! Please note that for international orders to Canada, the recipient is responsible for all applicable customs fees, including import duties, taxes, and any additional charges. These fees are not included in the shipping cost at checkout and will be collected from the recipient by the local customs authority upon delivery. By placing an order with PaleoPatchworks, you agree to pay any fees that may be incurred during the customs clearance process.

Orders to Canada above (USD) $89 will qualify for free shipping.

A little note for those who've opted for pre-orders: I'll send out your complete order once the pre-ordered item is ready. This approach helps me keep shipping costs down. If you're eager to get your in-stock items sooner, it might be best to order separately if you also want a pre-ordered item along with it.
